MBFD in Action

Mastic Beach recently responded as part of a task force from Suffolk County upon a request for assistance at the Orange County Jennings Creek fire. November 8th to November 10th. 8 members lead by Chief Grego and 2nd Asst. Chief Sharp with 5-13-9 pumper teamed up with Eastport Fire Department  and East Moriches Fire Department under the command of assistant Chief Virginia Massey.

November 17, 2024 stubborn attic fire. Neighborhood rd. Parts of the attic were inaccessible. Mutual aid departments Mastic, Brookhaven, Center Moriches, and Ridge FD. Thanks also to the Mastic Beach, Mastic and Center Moriches Companies. No injuries.
